We are committed to ensuring that your experience reflects the quality, intention, and individuality of your handmade piece; from unboxing to daily wear. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, repairs, and care.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders for in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Made-to-order pieces ship within 3–5 business days of completion. Making pieces to order typically takes 2 weeks, but my vary based on complexity and order volume.
  • All shipments include tracking and insurance via USPS unless an otherwise specified carrier.
  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
  • We will communicate through the site if the studio if shipping timelines are temporarily adjusted due to travel or other scenarios.

Sales Policy

Final Sale

  • All items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise indicated.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a repair or replacement, depending on the damage and availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance at the item’s retail value.

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • Unless other options are indicated, full payment is required before production begins to cover materials and time. You may also inquire directly if you have specific needs.

Felted Gems

  • Each piece is handmade and one of a kind, so variations are expected. The gem variations shown are samples. Your gem will be unique to you and hand-set into your selected pendant or ring.

Repair Policy

Our goal is to ensure your piece can be enjoyed for as long as possible.

Complimentary Repairs

  • We offer a one-time complimentary repair on handmade items due to normal wear or accidental damage.

Additional Repairs

  • Please contact us for a repair assessment before sending anything.
  • Repair fees depend on the scope of work and materials required.
  • Repair timelines typically range from 2–4 weeks from the date we receive the item.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Packaging & Storage

Each item is thoughtfully packaged in a custom anti tarnish jewelry box. We recommend using this original packaging for:

  • Safe storage and travel
  • Preventing scratches and breakage
  • Minimizing environmental damage (especially for felted and mixed-material pieces)
  • Extra protection for felted pieces, some pieces included a clear plastic bag with an anti tarnish tab insert placed in the bottom of your custom box. When not wearing your piece for an extended period of time, please place your felted silver jewelry within the bag.

Jewelry & Textile Care

Jewelry Care

  • These are wearable art pieces, please be mindful and handle with care and avoid dropping, scratching, and or rough treatment.
  • Please remove your piece prior to washing hands, showering, or swimming. Felt is able to get damp, however, avoid complete submersion and repeated water exposure.
  • Keep jewelry away from water, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged sunlight (do not store in direct sunlight).
  • Clean gently with a mild detergent and soft cloth. You may also use a clean polishing cloth on metal components only.
  • Always store jewelry in its original packaging. This helps to slow the unintentional metal oxidation process.

Felted Pieces

  • Keep your felted jewelry component from full water submersion, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged sunlight (do not store in direct sunlight).
  • Should your felted piece need a spot clean, use a soft bristle tooth brush, room-temperature water, and a gentle soap (preferably dawn dish soap or 100% olive oil soap, never woolite) to gently in a circular motion brush clean. Allow to air dry before continued wear.
  • Keep away from velcro, the delicate beads can get snagged and caught along with felt damage.

Moth Prevention: To protect your felted piece

  • Please store in a clean airtight container
  • Use natural deterrents such as lavender, cedar, or pennyroyal sachets in your storage area.
  • Regular use helps to reduce the likelihood of of moth activity
  • Felt is durable when cared for with these simple preventative habits — no need to worry, just store smart.
